WHO WE ARE
Isaiah House exists to help men with life controlling issues, such as drug and alcohol addictions as well as other issues by providing a healthy, balanced, structured environment for the whole man, addressing spiritual, physical, emotional, financial and legal issues. Our goal is to provide a safe dwelling place for recovery, healing, transformation, and instilling tools to break destructive patterns and habits, begin making right choices, set goals, restore broken relationships, gain employment, and obtain independent housing and living a disciplined abundant life.

Drug & Alcohol Addiction Recovery Resources:
A fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.

Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA)
An anonymous Twelve Step, Twelve Tradition program of women and men who grew up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional homes. We meet with each other in a mutually respectful, safe environment and acknowledge our common experiences. We discover how childhood affected us in the past and influences us in the present. We take positive action. By practicing the Twelve Steps, focusing on The Solution, and accepting a loving Higher Power of our understanding, we find freedom from the past and a way to improve our lives today.

This is a poem passed on to me by a relative of the 21 year old female who lost her life while addicted to crystal meth. This is a true happening. A 21 year old female was addicted to crystal meth, overdosed, and lost her life. After her death, they were cleaning out her apartment and in her top dresser drawer, found a poem she had written. “Meet Mr. and Mrs. Crystal Meth. I destroy homes – I tear families apart. I take your children and that’s just a start. I’m more valued than diamonds, more precious than gold. The sorrow I bring is a sight to behold….” Read the Poem

Application Process
We provide men who have been through a drug and alcohol program, an opportunity to gain needed skills to better equip them with integrating back into society.
Candidates for admission to the Isaiah House Program must complete their application and have an interview with the Director. The program is open to males between ages 25 and 55, who have already completed a drug and alcohol program, are physically able to work, are medically able to fully participate.

Resident should have completed a substance abuse program within last 6 months and be willing to continue in a transitional house that supports sobriety.
