Organizational History:
Proclaim Liberty Ministries, Inc. Isaiah House is a natural outgrowth of Proclaim Liberty Ministries, Inc. which began in 2004 as a 12-Step Scripture based home group for recovering addicts, the abused, the oppressed and anyone whose life was unmanageable. In addition it was created as a model to bring to the church where members could be trained to care for those within their church body who were in need of help, but afraid to reveal it.
In a community, county, state and country fraught with drug and alcohol addiction one can become overwhelmed and think they cannot effect change. We believe differently.
