Thank you everyone for all your prayers, love and assistance during Ed’s recovery from his motorcycle accident on March 18, 2010.  Hopefully physical rehabilitation will begin soon.

Caspian

Caspian is now two months old. Amazingly enough he can now actually impregnate…! We will be “wethering” him next week to prevent this[unless someone contacts me who wants a registerable Sannen buckling]. We now have four goats and they are an absolute joy!

This Lucy, my Sannen goat who gave birth to a doe and buckling on April 9, 2010. It was very exciting! The goal is to be able to milk Lucy and make cheese. So far, she has proven very difficult!

The 2010 Garden is almost in!

This year our garden is off to a great start. We have been composting and rotating our food scraps for the garden all year. The winter compost has yielded rich dark soil and a plethora of worms!
